Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams including physicians and specialists
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (or compact state)
- BSN degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday, 12-hour shifts)
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Previous weekend shift experience highly valued
