Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail teams (5-10 associates) to achieve sales targets
- Execute store opening/closing procedures and weekend inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Train staff on product knowledge and operational protocols
- Monitor sales floor metrics and implement weekend-specific promotions
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail experience with 1+ years in leadership/supervisory role
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) plus weekday training
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising skills
- Proficient in POS systems and retail analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
