Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 retail associates during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory management protocols
- Drive sales performance through team coaching and customer engagement
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Train new associates on product knowledge and operational procedures
- Monitor store security and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
- Generate weekend sales reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Proven weekend/holiday availability flexibility
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising skills
- Exceptional customer conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly with mandatory weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for store errands
