Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team scheduling
- Drive sales performance through staff coaching, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Ensure exceptional customer service experiences while resolving escalations and maintaining brand standards
- Train and mentor weekend retail associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and POS systems
- Analyze weekend sales data to identify trends and implement actionable improvement plans
- Manage store security, loss prevention protocols, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with proven weekend shift leadership
- Strong background in sales coaching, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle high-volume weekend traffic
- Proficient in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (40 hours weekly)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Denver metro area residency preferred
