Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and patience.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
