Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient flow and clinic operations across multiple Philadelphia locations during weekend shifts
- Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation for Saturday/Sunday services
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics for weekend operations
- Serve as primary point of contact for urgent patient inquiries and escalations
- Implement and maintain weekend service protocols ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Train weekend staff on emergency procedures and patient care standards
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required
- Minimum 3 years healthcare operations experience with weekend shift work
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Valid Pennsylvania healthcare professional license or certification
- Ability to work flexible schedule including every weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Advanced knowledge of JCAHO and state healthcare regulations
- Proven leadership experience in multi-site operations
