Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and solution-oriented support
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on store protocols and best practices
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and loss prevention policies
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operational handovers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or operations experience
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisive judgments
- Strong leadership skills with experience training team members
- Flexibility to work exclusively on weekends (Sat-Sun) with occasional holidays
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for store transit if required)
