Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all daily warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of logistics associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and productivity targets.
- Conduct daily stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies with precision.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train new staff on warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team during high-volume periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Friday–Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
