Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service excellence
- Train and mentor weekend staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols
- Analyze weekend sales data to optimize staffing and inventory allocation
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive weekend foot traffic and conversions
- Coordinate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational handoffs

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or operations management experience
