Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead a team of 5-7 weekend staff, providing guidance and training
- Optimize logistics workflows for weekend efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handoffs
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Prepare weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or warehouse management
- Proven experience leading weekend/shift-based teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with WMS and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs
- Valid Washington state driver's license (required)
