Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 12-15 weekend staff members
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS and inventory management systems
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with weekday management teams
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage weekend budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership background with weekend shift coverage
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
