Responsibilities
- Lead weekend logistics operations team (15+ members) across inbound/outbound workflows
- Implement real-time inventory management and distribution protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and transportation partners for weekend deliveries
- Resolve operational escalations with data-driven solutions
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance coaching sessions
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Generate weekend performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years operations/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data analytics mindset
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management preferred
