Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 5-7 team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and transactions
- Collaborate with weekday management teams for seamless handovers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics management experience
- Availability to work full-time weekends (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
