Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to every visitor, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Operational Support: Maintain the store layout, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
- Transactions: Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and process incoming shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, specifically including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven ability to show up on time and work well independently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check.
