Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and vital sign measurements
- Perform phlebotomy and EKG procedures
- Assist providers with clinical examinations and minor procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Administer medications and immunizations
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning
- Sterilize equipment and maintain exam room hygiene
Qualifications
- Active MA certification and CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
