Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and precision manufacturing equipment with strict quality control standards
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Document production data using digital systems and maintain accurate quality records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations in a manufacturing environment
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Proficiency with CNC machinery and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Attention to detail with excellent quality control standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for weekend shifts
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation systems
