Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and weekend care teams
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Prepare weekend shift reports for weekday handover
- Participate in emergency response protocols as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (required)
- Current Kansas state license/certification (RN, LPN, or CNA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Strong weekend availability and reliability
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
