Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in weekend staff training and quality initiatives
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Texas or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Ability to work independently during weekend rotations
- Advanced Life Support (ALS/BLS) certification required
- Strong documentation and electronic health record proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday shifts if needed
