Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and medical support during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for continuity
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Coordinate discharge planning and family communications
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee RN or LPN license required
- 2+ years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
