Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) in our state-of-the-art facility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Administer treatments and medications following established protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and report any concerns to on-call physicians
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Participate in weekend team huddles and continuing education sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with weekend shift availability
- Current state licensure/certification (e.g., RN, CMA, EMT)
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
