Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision and compassion
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records within 24 hours
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and adhere to protocols
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
- Participate in weekend staff training and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related healthcare field
- Current state licensure and CPR certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital or urgent care setting
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
