- Coordinate patient care plans and medical records during weekend shifts
- Supervise clinical staff and ensure adherence to healthcare protocols
- Manage patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and emergency services
- Conduct weekend health assessments and patient monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (required)
- 2+ years of clinical coordination experience
- Current NC nursing license or healthcare certification
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- EMR/EHR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
