Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status accurately
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services when needed
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to safety protocols
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Collaborate with weekend medical team for integrated care delivery
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Health Care field (required)
- Current California RN or LVN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Strong weekend availability and reliability
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
