Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during weekend hours
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Current Ohio nursing license or relevant healthcare certification
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and compassion for patient care
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs during weekend hours
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
