- Lead on-site teams of 10-15 staff during weekend operations

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue requirements
- Maintain detailed event documentation and post-event analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in event management or hospitality coordination
- Proven weekend availability and flexible scheduling
