Responsibilities
- Plan and execute weekend weddings, corporate retreats, and festivals across Atlanta
- Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with catering, AV, and decor partners
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and staffing schedules
- Lead on-site operations during weekend events ensuring flawless execution
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand guidelines
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain digital inventory of event equipment and materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of event coordination experience with weekend availability
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record for venue transportation
