Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of weekend corporate and social events
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for venues, catering, and AV
- Lead on-site event management during weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Develop detailed event timelines and contingency plans
- Conduct post-event analysis and client satisfaction reviews
- Maintain event budgets and financial reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team for event promotion
Qualifications
- 3+ years in event coordination or hospitality management
- Experience managing high-volume weekend events
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Certification in event management preferred (CMP, CSEP)
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Aventri)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Portfolio of 5+ executed events required
