Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during weekend shifts
- Manage and resolve client inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekday teams to maintain consistent service standards
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining data privacy
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client relationships and revenue
- Participate in weekend team training and performance reviews

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating holidays
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if field visits required)
