Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM system
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products/services
- Support weekend inventory and order management tasks
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for occasional off-site duties)
