Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a consistent flow of customer emails, phone calls, and live chat messages with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the management team while providing immediate solutions where possible.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and refunds according to company policy and compliance standards.
- Client Retention: Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty with the brand.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to provide a unified customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
