Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
