Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor in person and over the phone.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Perform basic store maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends consistently (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
