Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend delivery fleet scheduling and route optimization
- Manage real-time logistics tracking and customer communications
- Train and supervise weekend staff (5-8 team members)
- Resolve urgent operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., RouteGenius, DispatchTrack)
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
