Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and product recommendations.Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure product displays are visually appealing.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom.Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.Handle cash handling and return policies in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
