Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns efficiently.
- Store Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, shelves, and fitting rooms.
- Inventory Support: Assist in stock replenishment, price changes, and inventory counts as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
