Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing exceptional service to drive sales.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise, features, and promotions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for early mornings or closing shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
