- Client Assistance: Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.

- Documentation: Accurately document all interactions, resolutions, and feedback in our CRM system to track customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with weekday support teams to ensure continuity of service and share insights.

Qualifications

- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a reliable schedule.
