Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry and inventory management for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with proper certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to comply with company standards.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and shipment status with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure high standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
