Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend night shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and maintain facility security protocols and safety standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and inventory management software
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations and handovers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform routine facility checks and report maintenance needs

Qualifications

- Availability to work every weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights)
