Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person assistance and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain organized checkout areas
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure store cleanliness according to visual standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all shift activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays) with flexible weekday hours for training
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation to assigned store location
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
