- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy
- Process orders, returns, and service requests using internal CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in compliance protocols
- Support weekend inventory reconciliation and operational tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements
Qualifications
