- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot technical issues for clients using our proprietary software systems

- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Participate in weekend team huddles for performance reviews and goal setting
