Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, store hours, and policies.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory stock levels on the sales floor.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the accuracy of daily deposits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
