Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon their arrival.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Organize merchandise and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional activities to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
