Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and store policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders with accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the inventory management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, specifically weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Washington DC location.
