Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in locating and purchasing products.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Handle cash transactions, process returns, and manage bagging duties with precision.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and replenishing items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
