Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to manage store traffic during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (experience is a plus but not required).
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
