Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry, answer inquiries, and provide superior product knowledge to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in store opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and security checks.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the sales floor, fitting rooms, and break areas.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must have reliable availability for weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
