Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in retail, event support, or hospitality settings
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and store/venue maintenance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled welcome)
- Unavailability for weekday shifts (must be available Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital payment systems
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Detroit metro locations
- No prior experience required – full training provided
