Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and selections.
- Stock shelves, organize display areas, and ensure the store remains clean and welcoming.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Maintain inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting, bending).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- No prior experience required; full training is provided.
